International Conference «Optical reflectometry, metrology and sensing – 2026»
From May 26 to 28, 2026, Perm National Research Polytechnic University hosted the international conference «Optical Reflectometry, Metrology and Sensing – 2026». The event brought together researchers and engineers specializing in distributed fiber-optic sensors, backscatter signal processing, and optical metrology.
Special Systems. Photonics participated in ORMS-2026 to conduct in-depth technical consultations on fiber-optic instrumentation.
During the conference, our specialist delivered a technical report titled "Component base of fiber-optic sensors". The presentation detailed modern hardware architectures for building precise measurement systems using our partners' equipment, leading to productive technical discussions with the audience.
